To ensure your satisfaction, we keep you involved in the custom process from start to finish. The true definition of custom, we're not satisfied until you are.
Phase I - The One-Hour Consultation:
This is where we get to know you, your style and your home's specific
needs. We will measure for your project, and using either a sketch or
digital picture, you will have instant access to the exact specifications
of your plan.
Phase II - The Proposal:
You will receive a proposal, including sketches and swatches if necessary,
based on what will best reflect your style, suit your home and meet your
needs. An estimate is presented at this time to include labor, fabric,
hardware, embellishments and installation. This is a great time to make
any changes or additions to the agreed-upon design.
Phase III - The Fabrication:
We take immense pride in fabricating custom creations for your home. This
process time takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the nature
of the project and the amount of work involved.
Phase IV - The Install:
Last but not least, the most exciting phase of the process - the installation.
We will be present along with our installer to ensure that you are completely
satisfied.
